Job Duties:

Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment such as lawn mowers, leaf blowers, grass trimmers, and pruning shears. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Perform winter cutbacks on perennials and plants in order to properly prepare lawn or landscape for winter weather and new growth in the Spring. Maintain irrigation systems on flower beds, including winterizing the systems before temperatures drop below freezing to prevent damage. Assist with yard clean up, leaf removal, mulch or replace mulch, and leaf cleanup.
