- Job Duties:
- ● Operate construction, excavation, hauling, and maintenance equipment including backhoes, front-end loaders, bulldozers, excavators, skid-steers, grade tractors, trailers and other incidental equipment associated with site work. ● Prepare construction sites for building, demolition, or excavation. ● Use excavating machinery to dig holes and trenches used in structural concrete. ● Transport tools and other construction equipment to and from construction sites. ● Use equipment to prepare building sites for exterior site concrete such as parking lots, driveways, sidewalks, and loading docks. ● Inspect and fuel equipment vehicle(s) prior to beginning shift. ● Perform routine maintenance and repairs. ● Load and unload a variety of material manually. ● Perform manual labor in an open excavation setting. ● Follow all safety procedures on the job sites. ● Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Special Requirements:
- Must provide a valid Oregon Driver's License. Demonstrated experience reading grade rod. Demonstrated experience safely operating a variety of construction hand and power tools. Demonstrated progressive experience operating heavy machinery. Demonstrated experience reading building plans related to structural concrete and land grades. Excellent mechanical skills. Ability to work in confined spaces and open trenches. Ability to operate machinery in all weather conditions and terrains. Must be able to lift 25 lbs. at a time.
