- Job Duties:
- Mow, cut, water, edge lawns: rake and blow leaves; dig holes and trenches with shovels with a max depth/width of 6 in to plant; pull, chop weeds, prune and haul topsoil and mulch. Hang lights on exterior landscape and buildings. Maintain/service lights and décor that break or go out. Light facility/equipment maintenance das needed. Involves bending, stooping, lifting and stretching on a frequent basis. Must be able to lift 50 lbs daily, stand on feet for long hrs, work in extreme weather. Optional cell phone provided at fee of $25. Possibility of performance based raise, bonus, overtime and saturdays. 1 hr non paid lunch. Must pass employer paid post hire drug test and background check. Transportation provided to worksite from central location in Lucas, TX. May assist with finding and/or securing housing.
