Job Duties:
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, banquet, event and dining facilities. Clean dishes, pots, floors, and banquet equipment and furnishings. Some storage and stocking required, as well as banquet equipment and furnishing setting. Shifts vary and range from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, 2:00 PM –10:00 PM, 3:00 PM – 11: 00 PM. 35 Hours per week. Overtime may be available, but is not guaranteed. Open 7 days per week. Work days and shift times will vary. Shifts vary based on business levels, occupancy and scheduled events. Holiday and weekend shifts are required. One shift meal and uniforms are provided.
