- Assign duties, responsibilities, and work stations to contract wait staff in accordance with work requirements as well as train in food preparation, and in service, sanitation, and safety procedures; Observe and evaluate workers and work procedures to ensure quality standards and service; Help serve food and drinks to guests for off site private events; Send weekly and daily reservation reports to the Manager; Print special events menus; Responsible for taking telephone, email, and online system reservations for catering events. With varying shifts Monday through Sunday
