- Job Duties:
- Use knives, cleavers, meat saws, bandsaws, or other equipment to perform meat cutting and trimming. Weigh meats and tag containers for weight and contents. Inspect meat products for defects, bruises or blemishes. Cut and trim meat to prepare for packaging.

- High School Diploma or equivalent (no experience required). Work hours and day: Monday-Friday, Saturday and Sunday based on demand 1st Shift: 5:00am through 9:00am to 1:00pm (8-10 hour shifts based on demand). 2nd Shift: 4:00pm through 8:00pm to 12:00am (8-10 hour shifts based on demand)
