- Clean and Prepare Crawfish - Grading, boiling, weighing, and sacking Prepare & prepping of food for - Cooking, grilling, frying, broiling, boiling etc. Maintain a clean work area - Clean and Sanitize all surfaces (Table, counters, floors), Removal of all debris and trash etc.

ONCE HIRED MAY BE REQUIRED TO TAKE A RANDOM DRUG TEST AT NO COST TO WORKER. TESTING POSITIVE OR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH TESTING MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION FROM EMPLOYMENT
