- MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT AND CARRY 80 LBS, 20 YDS. MUST PASS CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK WHICH WILL BE CONDUCTED DURING THE PRE-HIRE PROCESS AND CARRIED OUT EQUALLY BETWEEN US AND H-2B WORKERS. PROPER AND ACCURATE USE OF TAPE MEASURE REQUIRED. WILL BE EXPOSED TO HEIGHTS, TEMPERATURE EXTREMES, STRENUOUS PHYSICAL ACTIVITY, AND REPETITIVE MOTIONS.
