Job Duties:

Operation of flexographic and printing machines for packaging and labels needed in the manufacture of plastic products, ensuring that the final product is of quality and meets customer specifications. Apply new and proprietary technologies and management of the REVO flexographic digital printing and UV drying for industrial packaging components and labels. Manage the printing department, supervise printing operators, participate in client discussions to assess the product specifications. In collaboration with Management, assess training needs and set goals to improve the printing operations performance and readiness to accept the new emerging technologies and future challenges. Develop, coordinate, document, and/or execute technical courses for management and non-management employees on policies, tasks, and/or procedures for the operation of flexographic and printing machines. Associate degree in flexography and graphic design, with 12 months of experience in the operation of the flexographic and printing machines, management, and training development.
