Job Duties:

Cut, thread, and hammer pipe to specifications, using tools such as saws, cutting torches, and pipe threaders and benders. Assemble and secure pipes, tubes, fittings, and related equipment according to specifications. Weld, braze, cement, solder, and thread joints. Attach pipe to walls, structures and fixtures (such as radiators or tanks) using brackets, clamps, tools, or welding equipment. Inspect, examine, and test installed systems and pipelines, using pressure gauge hydrostatic testing, observations, or other methods. Measure and mark pipes for cutting and threading. Lay out full scale drawings of pipe systems, supports, and related equipment per blueprints. Adhere to all safety and project rules. Overtime hours possible but not guaranteed.

Special Requirements:

Experience working in an industrial environment and 2 years experience in the last five years fitting SCH 10 Stainless Steel Piping. Ability to pass employer paid performance verification in the skills required for the job and drug test. Night shift from 6 pm to 4:30 am.
