Job Duties:

Perform work involving the skills of two or more maintenance or craft occupations to keep machines, mechanical equipment, or the structure of the building in repair. Duties may involve pipe fitting; HVAC maintenance; insulating; welding; machining; carpentry; repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment; and repairing buildings, floors, or stairs. *Continuation to Section F.a.5 below: 40 hours a week shift will consist of 8 hour shifts that can vary as needed as advertised in State Workforce Agency job order, and in other H2B advertisement sources as per employers recruiting requirements for prospective workers under the H-2B program. Variable shifts over 7 days a week. Shifts may vary: 6am to 11pm.
