- Job Duties:
- Butlers will be responsible for contacting guests prior to arrival and offering pre-arrival service, greeting guests by name upon arrival and escorting them to their Casita, offering beverage and dining services, providing an overview of all facilities and available attractions, organizing and coordinating all dinners, events, and functions upon request, and assisting guests in unpacking, packing, and offering additional services including shoe polish, brush, press, perform minor repairs to clothing, as well as arranging dry cleaning.
