Cleaning, Sanitizing, and maintaining the kitchen, equipment, tables, and restaurant will require the employee to sweep the floor, wipe down working surfaces in the kitchen, wipe off tables, and wash dishes after use, including the pots, utensils, and other tools used in the kitchen. Sanitation of surfaces in the kitchen and the customer tables in the restaurant are required. This requires the employee to spray sanitation on the surface and wipe down the surface. Maintaining the kitchen, equipment, tables and restaurant include general every day maintenance to keep these areas/items in a clean, orderly, and working fashion.
The employee will clean both the kitchen and the seating area of the restaurant.
