Job Duties:
De-icing and removal of snow from walks, driveways, and parking lots for various residential and commercial properties. Winterizing of properties by trimming and removing brush, leaves and plant matter; planting seasonal bulbs and saplings; mulching beds; draining, installation and repairing sprinkler systems; installation and maintenance of holiday decor. Perform highly physical activities on a consistent basis in all weather conditions, specifically very cold, icy, snowy weather. Use of vehicles and hand or power tools may be required. May assist in routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment used each day.
