Job Duties:

Produce high quality food according to recipes & menus or assigned special in a timely, organized manner. Prepare, season & cook soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food items in a restaurant. Ensure a high level of sanitation & safety at all times. Employer will offer 40 hours per week. Resort open 7 days a week, workdays vary Sunday through Saturday. Normal shift times: 5:00am-1:30pm, 8:00am-4:30pm, 3:00pm-11:30pm, 2:00pm-10:30pm (includes 30-minute unpaid break). Workdays and shift times may vary with occupancy and events.
