- Job Duties:
- Facilitate food service. Clean tables, remove dirty dishes, replace soiled table linens; set tables; replenish supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes; supply service bar with food; and serve items such as water, condiments, and coffee to patrons.
Carry food, dishes, trays, or silverware from kitchens or supply departments to serving counters.
Carry linens to or from laundry areas.
Carry trays from food counters to tables for cafeteria patrons.
Clean and polish counters, shelves, walls, furniture, or equipment in food service areas or other areas of restaurants and mop or vacuum floors.
Clean up spilled food or drink or broken dishes and remove empty bottles and trash.
Fill beverage or ice dispensers.
Garnish foods and position them on tables to make them visible and accessible.
Locate items requested by customers.
Maintain adequate supplies of items such as clean linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, or trays.
Mix and prepare flavors for mixed drinks.
Perform serving, cleaning, or stocking duties in establishments, such as cafeterias or dining rooms, to facilitate customer service.
Replenish supplies of food or equipment at steam tables or service bars.
Run cash registers.
Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning.
Serve food to customers when waiters or waitresses need assistance.
Serve ice water, coffee, rolls, or butter to patrons.
Set tables with clean linens, condiments, or other supplies.
Slice and pit fruit used to garnish drinks.
Stock cabinets or serving areas with condiments and refill condiment containers.

Job opportunity for up to 8 - Dining Room Attendants/Bartender helpers,
full-time, temporary positions available for the dates of April 1, 2023 through November 7th, 2023. 40 hour/work-week. Must be over 21 years of age.
Most travel arrangements will be made coming to Minneapolis MN and employers will also provide transportation from there to worksite.
The Wage offer is $14.02 per hour
If employee works overtime they will receive $21.03 per hour in overtime pay.
on the job training if required will be provided to employees.
Employer will use a single workweek for its standard in computing wages due.
Workers will be paid bi-weekly.
Shared housing available onsite @ $100 per week – or employer will assist in locating housing, Housing not a condition of employment.
Rent will be deducted biweekly plus all deductions by law
If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will arrange and pay directly for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work.
Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided a rate of $14.00 per day during travel to a maximum of $59 per day with receipts.
The employees lodging is within walking distance to work so no transportation to & from work is not needed. The employer will provide to the worker, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties.
The employer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, Including those mandated by the government, incurred by the worker.
