Job Duties:
***RFI Response*** “Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: mowing, weeding, mulching, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Lay out, cut, and place segmental paving units ranging in size from 24"x12",12"x12", to 8"x4" inches. Includes installing of bedding and restraining materials for the paving units using materials such as driveway gravel, bedding sand, polymeric sand.May operate hand and power tools of all types: shovels, rakes, earth tampers, wheelbarrows, rubber mallets, brooms, circular saw, wet tile saw, caulk gun, line level and a variety of other equipment and instrument. Must lift/carry 75 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Post-hire drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers upon suspicion of use.
