- Job Duties:
- Food Concession Operations, set up and dismantling concessions, preparing and serving food, collecting money, maintaining and repairing equipment Duties include simple cooking and selling of fair food to customers at festivals and county/state fairs. Take orders from customer, receive payment, and make change. Maintain clean work area. Set up, tear downs concessions. Maintain/repair equipment. Live in shared housing and travel to various work sites in AZ, CA, OH, IA, MN, OK, KS.
