- Job Duties:
- Process fish for commercial fishery, use hand knives and fish processing machinery to perform routine cutting and trimming. Will wash, size and grade the seafood and load the processed seafood onto freezer baskets and into cartons for shipping.

- Must be able to lift 25 lbs The specific days and hours of work will vary depending on scheduling and the level of business but will generally be 5 days per week with rotating days off from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm approximately 40 hours per week with some overtime. The business is open 7 days a week. Weekend work will be required.
