- ***RFI Response*** “ light food prep” - to include washing, chopping and sorting ingredients like fruits, vegetables and meats; slicing bread. ***Original F.a.2*** Duties include cleaning of all dishes, cooking utensils, kitchen equipment and kitchen work areas; handling the garbage in the kitchen and dining room; light food prep. Other possible schedules: 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The job offer is for 40 hours per week, work days and days off will vary per person. Nights and/or weekends available.
