- Job Duties:
- PREPARE AND COOK MENU ITEMS THAT REQUIRE SHORT PREPARATION TIME TO INCLUDE SEAFOOD. PLATE AND SERVE TO CUSTOMERS FROM COUNTER OR BUFFET. TAKE ORERS AND ACCEPT PAYMENT FROM CUSTOMERS AT COUNTER OR BUFFET. CLEAN WORK EQUIPMENT, WORK AREAS AND COUNTERS. PRACTICE SANITARY FOOD HANDLING. COOKING ON SITE FOR COMPANY CATERING EVENTS. MAY ASSIST WITH WITH SETUP OF ON RENTAL EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TENTS, TABLES, AND CHAIRS AND OTHER RENTAL ITEMS. MAY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOCKING/UNLOCKING STORE FOR OPENING AND CLOSING. TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED TO AND FROM JOB SITES IN SOUTHEASTERN, MA. MAY BE REQUIRED TO DRIVE COMPANY VEHICLES WITH VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE. WILL TRAIN. ROTATING SHIFTS BETWEEN 7AM TO 12PM. SHIFTS VARY BASED ON TIMES OF SCHEDULED EVENTS. DAYS, EVENINGS, WEEKENDS, HOLIDAYS. DAYS OFF VARY BY WEEK.
