Job Duties:

Housemen will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining all rooms, suites, and indoor common areas at Hotel Effie Sandestin, which includes any combination of the following: sweep, mop, scrub, wax and polish floors; sweep and vacuum rugs and baseboards; empty trash and ashtrays; stock guest rooms with amenities and supplies; assist with laundry; report repair and maintenance needs to supervisor; clean light fixtures and replace light bulbs; perform other light maintenance duties as needed.
