- The Kitchen Worker will be responsible for facilitating food service. Job duties will include the following: clean tables, removing dirty dishes, replacing soiled table linens; setting tables; replenishing the supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes; supplying service bar with food, serving items such as water, condiments, and coffee to patrons; performing a variety of food preparation duties other than cooking, such as preparing cold foods and shellfish, slicing meat, and brewing coffee or tea; cleaning dishes, kitchen, food preparation equipment, and utensils.
