Job Duties:
Assist the General Manager in ordering product, organizing kitchen, cooking, maintenance, cleaning, supervising employees, scheduling, operating POS system, organizing groups/special events. Will assist employees with learning how to cook, prep, and clean. Cook consists of grilling chicken, steaming corn, portioning potato salad. Prep means husking corn and portioning potato salad in kitchen. Cleaning/Maintenance consists of wiping tables, wiping all counter space, Windex windows, power wash patio twice a week, power wash grill, clean out grill, clean and organize kitchen, put weekly orders away correctly, mop floors, take trash out, clean all refrigerators, organize and scrub walk in coolers. Hours vary Monday-Sunday 10:00am to 10:00pm.
