- The line cook will be responsible for preparing, seasoning, and cooking dishes such as soups, meats, vegetables, or desserts in a restaurant. Additional duties may include ordering supplies, keeping records and accounts, price items on the menu, or plan the menu.

F.a.5 A-H. Continued Work hours: 35 hrs/wk. Work schedule can vary and can include evening and weekend hours. Work performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Days off vary. Shifts vary (Example shifts: 9 am 4 pm; or 2 pm 9 pm).
