- Job Duties:
- Performs cleaning duties in all guest areas and back of house; Ensures housekeeping departmental standards are followed; Responds timely to guests’ special requests for miscellaneous items like cribs, cots, extra towels, etc; Maintains inventory of necessary supplies; Reports necessary maintenance items; Follows departmental policies and procedures; Follows all safety and sanitation policies; Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests; Enter guest rooms by adhering to proper procedures and ensure they are vacant; Replace used amenities in guest rooms; Provide clean linens and terry for dirty ones; Fold terry, make beds, and ensure bathrooms are clean; Perform check on all room appliances to ensure they are in good working condition; Dust furnishings and walls and remove marks from them; Carry out floor care duties in hallway and guest rooms, and vacuum carpets; Maintain quality standards and expectations; Sorting, washing, ironing, and folding dried items; Removing stains from items using the appropriate procedures; Keeping an updated inventory of laundry detergents; Ensuring that the facility remains clean at all times.

- Must be able to lift 25 lbs The specific days and hours of work will vary depending on scheduling and the level of business at the resort but will generally be 5 days per week with rotating days off 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. approximately 40 hours per week with some overtime. The business is open 7 days per week and weekend and holiday work is required.
