Job Duties:

Attend to customers upon entrance; Seat guests, present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages; Take and serve orders; Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products; Issue bills and accept payment; Mix, Pour, and serve beverages, including alcoholic beverages; Ensure all orders are correct before serving to guest; Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order; Clearing tables after guests have depart; Stock bar items, roll silverware, stock any other necessary items to be ready for serve; Sweep, Mop, and closing checklists.

Special Requirements:

Must be able to lift 25 pounds The specific days and hours of work will vary depending on scheduling and the level of business but will generally be 5 days per week with rotating days off. 2 shifts available, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 9:00; split shifts may be required. Approximately 40 hours per week with some overtime. The business is open 7 days per week and weekend and holiday work is required.
