Job Duties:
WILL TRAIN TO PREPARE, SEASON, AND COOK SOUPS, MEATS, POULTRY, SEAFOOD, VEGETABLES, DESSERTS, AND OTHER FOOD ITEMS IN A RESTAURANT TO THE SPECIFICATIONS OF THE CHEF. MAINTAIN CLEANLINESS OF THE WORK AREA AND EQUIPMENT. COMPLY WITH LOCAL, STATE, AND FEDERAL REGULATIONS, ORDERS, AND MANDATES RELATED TO CLEANING AND SANITATION REQUIRED TO COMBAT COVID 19. SHIFTS REQUIRED TO WORK ARE: 10PM-4PM, 1PM-7PM, AND/OR 4PM-10PM. AT LEAST 36 HOURS PER WEEK, 6 DAYS PER WEEK, DAYS AND SHIFTS MAY VARY. OVERTIME MAY BE AVAILABLE.
