This is a full-time temporary position from 4/1/23-11/1/23
Alto Lakes Golf & Country Club has 18 Servers positions at 1 Country Club Road, Alto NM 88312
All applicants must be willing, able and qualified to perform work described in duties. Applicants must also be eligible for employment in the United States and available at the time and place needed.
All qualified applicants who register at the nearest Workforce Office and complete an application for this position will automatically be referred to employer. Employer is required to contact each qualified referral.

Hours & Wages
40 hours per week Rotating shifts 7am-7pm, Days vary Monday-Sunday Wage is 7:00/hr plus tips but not less than 20.00/hour, 30.00/hour overtime. May get up to 10 hours/week overtime when available.
Employer will make all deductions from worker’s paycheck required by law. Wages computed using single workweek standard, paid bi-weekly on Thursday. Shift meals provided.
Optional housing is available for 112.50/week to be deducted at 225.00 bi- weekly from pay check. A $25.00 refundable deposit will be deducted bi-weekly from paycheck and returned upon completion of contract & housing inspection.
Additional Benefits/Terms & Conditions:
If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $14.00 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts. Reimbursement of these inbound transportation costs will be made by way of a company check payable to the worker upon the completion of 50 percent of the employment period. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least ¾ of the workdays in each 6 or 12-week period of employment period.
Employer will reimburse H-2B workers in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H2B worker (excluding passport fees). Offer to US workers same as H2B workers.
Tools, Equipment & Supplies:
Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
