- WASH, PEEL, CUT SUCH FOODS AS MEATS, FRUITS, VEGETABLES, SEAFOOD. PREPARE SALADS, BREADS. KEEP ALL KITCHEN AREAS CLEAN & SANITIZED. MOP FLOORS, TAKE GARBAGE OUT TO DUMPSTERS. ROTATING SHIFTS 10AM TO 11PM MONDAY-SUNDAY. TEMPORARY FULL TIME POSITION. POSSIBLE 10 HOURS OVERTIME PER WEEK WHEN AVAILABLE.
