- Job Duties:
- ***RFI Response*** Will process seafood using hands and hand tools to perform routine cutting and trimming to prepare for final sale. Will use knives and personal protective equipment related to fish trimming. Will process untrimmed, primary parts into cuts that are ready for further processing and packing. Will clean and accurately remove parts such as: skin, fins, viscera and bones from fillets or nuggets, and quality inspect the fish products for defects, bruises, tears or blemishes. Will sort and inspect inventory, restock products, and pick-up and deliver products from merchants and clients as needed using company vehicle with a Gross Vehicle Weight of 6,337 pounds, requiring appropriate drivers license which can be obtained after hire if not yet licensed. Will also ensure kitchen and work areas are clean and may assist customers in the selection and purchase of seafood products depending on their needs, handling the final sale and packing of seafood for customers. Employees must also have a current Food Handler’s Permit, which can be obtained after hire if not yet obtained. ***Original F.a.2*** Will process seafood. Will use hands and hand tools to perform routine cutting and trimming to prepare for final sale. Will sort and inspect inventory, restock products, and pick-up and deliver products as needed. Will also ensure kitchen and work areas are clean and may assist and check-out customers as needed.
