- PREPARE AND COOK MENU ITEMS THAT REQUIRE SHORT PREPARATION TIME TO INCLUDE FISH. PLATE AND SERVE TO CUSTOMERS FROM COUNTER. TAKE ORDERS AND ACCEPT PAYMENT FROM CUSTOMERS AT COUNTER. CLEAN WORK EQUIPMENT, WORK AREAS AND COUNTERS. PRACTICE SANITARY FOOD HANDLING. MAY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOCKING/UNLOCKING STORE FOR OPENING AND CLOSING. 3 MONTHS EXPERIENCE AS SHORT ORDER COOK. WILL TRAIN. DAY, EVENING, WEEKEND AND HOLIDAY HOURS. ROTATING SHIFTS VARY FROM 8AM TO 3PM OR 5PM; 3PM TO 10PM. POSSIBLE COOKING ON SITE FOR COMPANY CATERING EVENTS.
