- Job Duties:
- The busser would clean tables, such as washing, buffing and restocking glassware, replenishing supply of glassware, clearing and reseting tables for new guests. The busser may restock and tidy restrooms. The busser may assist with setup and breakdown for private tastings and special events. The busser may keep back- stocked items neat, orderly, properly rotated, and clearly labeled. The busser may be responsible for properly rotate floor stock. The busser may need to maintain a clean and organized tasting rooms, stock wine in different areas throughout the day, clean RVs, tasting rooms and bars, set up and put away umbrellas, heaters, coolers and assist with charcuterie board preparation and rearranging furniture.
