- Job Duties:
- The Belt Placer/Concrete Spreader Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the belt placer. Operate the belt placer/concrete spreader to place the correct amount of concrete needed for the concrete paver, communicate with the paver operator and truck drivers to ensure the correct amount of concrete is being placed, operate the belt placer/concrete spreader in accordance with company procedures and safety regulations, check all fluid levels daily and perform daily walk around inspection, to include greasing as necessary, when operating equipment, and operate the belt placer/concrete spreader in various situations, maintaining proper awareness of one’s surroundings. Outdoor environment subject to changing conditions and temperatures and occasional exposure to fumes, dust, odors, heights, and loud noises.
