Job Duties:

prepare site to set up for concrete to be poured. Set forms for concrete; dig trenches using shovels with a max depth of 3 ft and a max width of 10 ft to prevent water from undermining walls during construction; finish concrete surfaces; operate hand/power tools; remove forms from finished slab; clean up sites. Must be able to stand on feet for long hours, bend, stoop, and lift 50 lbs multiple times daily, in hot, cold, humid weather. Optional health insurance available, employee pays 100%, varies based on selected benefits. Health insurance may be deducted from pay, optional. Deductions will not drop the overall wage below the UDSOL minimum, if the deductions are too great they will not be made. Company vehcile may be provided to get to and from work, not for personal use. Must pass employer paid post hire drug test. Possibility of performance based raise, bonus, overtime and Saturdays. 1 hr non paid lunch. Transportation provided to worksites from central location in Flint, TX. May assist with finding and/or securing housing.
