Job Duties:

Maintaining yards and grounds using hand and power tools. Includes lawn mowing, string trimming, edging, blowing of debris, weed eating, weeding beds by hand, pruning, raking, preparing flower beds & yard for irrigation. Planting (seasonal color, annuals, shrubs, trees), installing sod, cleaning, preparing beds, fertilizing, disease & insect control work. May be required to operate machinery such as lawnmowers, weed eaters, or pressure washers. Work includes working outdoors in inclement weather, including extreme heat and/or cold temperatures. Routine mechanical repair work is required. Gutter cleaning, pressure washing (houses, cars, driveways, trailers). Drainage installation, landscapes light Installation, handyman work, mechanical work for company vehicles, trash and debris removal. “Handyman work” is light cleaning and maintenance of landscaping tools and machinery; “mechanical work for company vehicles” is light cleaning and maintenance of vehicles used for landscaping jobs.
