Job Duties:

Assist in building and positioning forms for pouring concrete and dismantling forms after use using saws, hammers, nails, bolts, or form hardware; Dig ditches and level earth to grade specifications using shovels and rakes; Assemble and disassemble braces for concrete forms and other temporary structures; Assist with mixing, pouring, and placing concrete and mortar; Clean work site and dispose of rubble, trash, and debris; Assist to align, straighten, plumb, and square forms for installation; Install and tie rebar and wire mesh; Load and unload necessary equipment and supplies for job; Care for, clean, and organize forms and material in shop, truck, and at jobsite; Clean concrete forms, equipment, and tools; and conduct swimming pool installation tasks.

Special Requirements:

Requires heavy lifting (50 lbs) frequently and physical labor on construction sites (indoor and outdoor) in all types of weather conditions. Requires full range of motion with neck, arms, shoulders, hands, torso, legs, and feet. Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull materials and tools using abdominal and lower back muscles repeatedly or continuously over time without "giving out" or fatiguing. Involves bending, stooping, lifting & stretching on a frequent basis. Vision requirements - close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Requires employee to talk and hear. Employer will offer at least 40 hours of work per week, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with occasional overtime after 5:00 PM on weekdays, and on weekends, depending on the weather. Workers are needed to begin work on 4/1/2023 through 10/20/2023.
