- Job Duties:
- Processing and packing poultry products and poultry entrees; cleaning, preparing poultry, stuffing, de-boning, seasoning, sewing bags, sealing, preparing finished turduckens, de-boned chickens. Packaging, sealing frozen entrees, packing sausage, boudin balls, bacon poppers, dishwasher and sanitation detail. Gathering raw product, thawing product, loading/unloading sausage, entrees, chicken, turduckens, boudin balls, bacon poppers. Prepared products are unloaded and loaded into boxes at the work site area for packaging of prepared food.
