- Job Duties:
- Check customer IDs. Answer questions. Take drink orders. Mix and serve drinks to customers and waitresses as necessary. Serve wine and draft or bottled beer. Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks. Collect payment. Clean and sanitize glasses, utensils and other bar equipment. Stock bar and maintain inventory. Clean bars and tables and maintain an organized and sanitized work area. Work shifts of 10:00am-6:00pm or 6:00pm-2:00am, workdays vary Sun-Sat.
