Job Duties:
Welcome patrons, seat them at tables, and help ensure quality of facilities and service. Receive and disburse money from customers. May use electronic scanners, cash registers, or related equipment. May process credit or debit card transactions and validate checks. Full service restaurant open 7 days per week. Rotating work days, shifts and days off. 35 hours per week. Work to occur between 6:00am to 11:00pm. Includes weekends, nights, and holidays. Overtime may be available if business demands it, but is neither guaranteed nor obligatory and will be at the rate of $26.87 for any hours worked over 40 in the established work week as indicated. The 6am to 11pm work schedule reflects the total time frame in which the work will occur. Start times, end times, and length (approximately 6 hours) of shifts will vary to meet scheduling needs of the business and accommodate scheduling preferences of the employees and will meet the 35 hours per week offered, but will remain within the 6am to 9:00pm timeframe. Limited shared group housing may be available at a rate of $200 per week and is OPTIONAL. Possibility of but no guarantee of merit pay raise. Possibility but no guarantee of bonus. Employer will reimburse H-2B worker in first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees including those mandated by the government incurred by the H-2B worker.
