Job Duties:

Cook/Prepare food in a stationary food-truck on a daily basis accurately and efficiently from menu using a variety of equipment including gas ranges, grills, and fryers. Workers must use safe and sanitary food handling procedures. Stock and clean stations, and maintain refrigeration, freezer, and dry storage inventory. Prepare and package cooked orders for customer pickup. May deliver prepared meals to workers at worksites. May order supplies, keep records and accounts, shop for items and plan menu.

Special Requirements:

Requires one month of previous cook experience. Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Employer-paid drug test required of foreign and domestic workers prior to commencing work. Post-hire background check required of foreign and domestic workers. Must possess or be able to obtain U.S. driver's license within 30 days of hire. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
