- Obtain & distribute product; use knife to cut oyster from shell; discard shell; inspect meat for blemishes & remove/discard; separate processed meat by size and quality and place oysters in containers; assist with cleaning work stations at end of shift. Work is supervised. 3 day(s) on the job training provided. See addendum.

- Lift/carry up to 35 pounds. Employer paid drug test is Post Accident. Piece rate is paid at $1/lb quality shucked oyster meat or guaranteed prevailing wage whichever is higher. Workers must shuck 1 sack of oysters per hour after 3 days on the job training. No infectious diseases; seafood allergies may be fatal.
