- to operate batch and continuous centrifugals during the manufacturing of raw sugar, to separate crystals from the mother liquor, setting timers and controlling the quality of raw sugar.

- Special Requirements:
- Willing to work 7 days a week in varying 8 hour shifts during the manufacturing of raw sugar cane season. A total of 56 hours a week. 40hrs a week after harvesting season will be offered until the end of the contract. Shifts are as follows: 11am-7pm; 7pm-3am; 3am-11am Overtime will be paid after 48 hours a week during harvesting and after 40 hours a week after harvesting. Workers will have 30 minutes paid lunch break during the workday.
