Job Duties:

Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guest. Handles confidential information, including guest records, with full integrity. Promptly and effectively deals with guest requests and challenges. Answers and routes call as appropriate; takes guest messages with accuracy. Responsible for payment transactions during shift. Maintains accurate records including registration cards. Answers inquires pertaining to hotel services and travel directions.

Ability to work in fast paced, high pressure environment. Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and/or holidays as needed. Basic computer skills. Basic reading and writing skills. Basic communication skills. On the Job Training Will Be Provided. Shifts available 7 days a week including weekends and holidays. 7am-3pm/ 3pm-11pm/ 11pm-7am Hourly Wage: $14.77 per hour based on merit and experience Overtime Possible Per Hour at $22.16
