Job Duties:

Oversee serving staff during set up, serving and clearing; train new servers on the floor; build/maintain rapport with the club members; assume servers duties as required, particularly in the service of special guests of honor and VIPs; required to set an exemplary example and to ensure the highest level of service that is provided by the club's serving staff. *Continuation to Section F.a.5 below: . 35 hours a week; Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Variable shifts over 7 days a week that can vary as needed as advertised in State Workforce Agency job order, and in other H2B advertisement sources as per employers recruiting requirements for prospective workers under the H-2B program; Shifts may vary: 6am to 11pm.

EMPLOYER REQUIRES PRE-EMPLOYMENT POLICE CLEARANCE AND POST-EMPLOYMENT DRUG TESTING TO BE CARRIED OUT EQUALLY BETWEEN THE U.S. WORKERS AND THE H-2B WORKERS. THE 6 MONTHS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED IN BOX F.A.9, CONTEMPLATES 6 MONTHS EXPERIENCE AS A SERVER OR SENIOR SERVER IN A HOSPITALITY SETTING.
