- to assist with the operation of steam heated vacuum pans, batch cookers and crystallization to manufacture raw sugar during the harvest season by setting temperature and pressure gauges on cooking machines to produce sugar, and performing related sugar boiling work as needed or assigned.

- Special Requirements:
- Willing to work 7 days a week in varying 8 hour shifts during the manufacturing of raw sugar cane season. 40hrs a week after harvesting season will be offered until the end of the contract. Shifts are as follows: 7am-3pm; 3pm-11pm; 11pm-7am Overtime paid after 48 hours a week during harvesting season. Workers will have 30 minutes paid lunch break during harvesting season and a 30 minutes unpaid lunch break before and after harvesting season.
