Job Duties:

Catering and Event Assistants will be responsible for supporting the Food and Beverage Department with administrative tasks, banquet setup, and food and beverage service during banquets. This includes communication with banquet vendors to confirm goods/services will be provided, communicating with members to confirm event attendance, setting up and breaking down catering event spaces, greeting and serving food and beverages to members and guests, assisting members and staff with special food/beverage related requests during banquets, and performing administrative-related tasks in connection with banquets, such as data entry and generating reports. Special Requirements:
