- Job Duties:
- Operate various equipment for packaging of prepared food items, including equipment for filling, wrapping, sealing, labelling, and code and date stamping. Ensure correct product weights according to written specifications. Assist with equipment set up, tear down, and cleaning depending on daily production schedule. Keep production line supplied with raw materials, such as noodles, peppers, sauce, pans, etc. Accurately tally ingredients and supplies that are brought to the line. Follow all safety and housekeeping procedures.
