- Job Duties:
- Landscape and maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment such as lawn mowers, leaf blowers, hedge trimmers, and string trimmer. Perform a variety of tasks, which includes mowing, raking, blowing, edging, weed eating, mulching, plant installation, weeding, grooming plants, and loading and unloading materials. Perform winter cutbacks on perennials and plants in order to properly prepare lawn or landscape for winter weather and new growth in the Spring. Maintain irrigation systems for flower beds, including winterizing the systems before temperatures drop below freezing to prevent damage. Assist with yard clean up and leaf removal.
