- Job Duties:
- Mow, cut, water, edge lawns: rake and blow leaves; dig trenches using hand tools, will dig trenches with a max depth/width of 6 in, to install sprinkler systems and/or plant; install sprinkler systems, plant trees and shrubs. Involves bending, stooping, lifting and stretching on a frequent basis. Must be able to lift 50 lbs often, work in extreme weather. Optional housing available, rent comparable to other rental properties in the area (subject to change based on local inflation), rent will be paid to employer, employer WILL NOT deduct from pay. Advance pay available upon arrival for settling expenses as needed. If housing not selected employer may assist with finding and/or securing housing.
